The Angolan company plans to produce over 6,000 tons of diverse products and is one of the companies committed to Feito em Angola.
The inauguration of Candy Shop candy factory took place today, 26, a company under Angolan law, promising in the diversification of the economy and substitution of imports in the area of production of quality sugar confectionery for Angola and the world.
Located in the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone, in Viana municipality, the industrial unit has production capacity of over 15 tons of products per day and 6700 per year, and has provided 350 new direct and indirect jobs.
The event was attended by government and diplomatic entities, in particular, the Minister of Trade and Industry, Vítor Fernandes, Secretary of State for Trade, Amadeu Amorim, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of INAPEM, João Nkosi, among other personalities.
Equipped with quality industrial equipment of German, Dutch and French origin, the company’s intention is to increase know how and raise production levels.
